The weather is in the plan
A ten-day forecast sits on the Plans page and every day is rated clear, watch or plan-around, so a week can be stacked away from a bad day. Solo gets it for its depot; Team and Fleet see it per depot, per day.
Traffic drawn on the route
Google’s own congestion reading along the suggested road — amber where it is slow, red where it is jammed — on the round review and the live board, with the minutes traffic added to each leg.
Proof that checks itself
A barcode scan is compared with the barcode the stop expects, and the server checks the proof a stop required against the proof it received — a round that came home short of proof says so.
The round ends at the depot
The drive home is a leg like any other: the phone guides the driver back, the depot records the return, distance is measured along the road, and a wrong round can be handed back from the phone or the console.
A console shaped to the team
Solo gets a desk for today and the week. Team gets a week board with every driver’s day, a live board, recipient tracking pages and temp drivers by invite code. Fleet gets a month calendar with a per-depot readiness ledger, templates, Duplicate a day and Dispatch all ready.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — 15 drivers, 1,000 smart-optimized stops, no card. Driver seats bill monthly on either billing period; a dispatcher who also drives is a driver seat. Checkout and invoices are handled securely by Stripe; cancel any time and keep access through the end of what you've paid for. Prices change only with 30 days' notice before your renewal. What's metered — every number, and what happens when one runs out.
Questions, answered
Is there really no per-stop charge?
Really. Stops, routes and Optimize clicks are unlimited and never billed — re-optimize a round as often as you like. What each plan includes is an allowance of smart optimization — the Google, traffic-aware solve — counted in stops per solve: Solo 600 a month, Team 1,300 and Fleet 3,000, plus 300 for every driver you add (a trial gets 1,000). Re-optimizing a 20-stop round counts 20 again. When the allowance is spent nothing stops: Optimize runs our built-in engine for free (the same windows, pins and locks; ETAs approximate), or you tick Smart and keep traffic-aware solving at 6¢ a stop — the price for that round is shown before you click, and it never happens without you. The plan always says which engine solved it.
Does it know about traffic and weather?
Both, and it says which is which. Every dispatched round buys Google's turn-by-turn for its exact stop order, with live traffic per leg and congestion drawn along the road — amber where it is slow, red where it is jammed, as of the moment directions were fetched. The Plans page carries a ten-day forecast for each of your depots and rates every day clear, watch or plan-around, so you can stack work away from a bad day a week out. Forecasts describe; they never re-solve a route or pad a service time behind your back.
What counts as a driver seat?
Anyone on your team who signs in and drives a round. Dispatchers, admins and office staff are free and unlimited on Team and Fleet — unless they also drive, in which case they're a driver seat like anyone else. Each plan includes one driver; every further driver is $25 a month and brings 300 more smart-optimized stops. Deactivating a driver frees the seat immediately. Temp drivers are different: hand them an invite code (no account needed) and they bill $2 per day they're active — nothing when they're not.
How does the free trial work?
7 days, full access, no card required — up to 15 drivers and 1,000 smart-optimized stops, so you can run your real week. Pick a plan whenever you're ready; the trial tells you what each plan would cost in driver seats before you choose. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Why is Fleet $144 more than Team with the same seat price?
Because Fleet is features, not a discount: re-routing a round mid-drive, the bottleneck board, vehicles with a maintenance life, the month calendar and per-depot ledger, API early access, branded tracking and priority support. Pick it when the day has several vans in motion.
Do drivers need special hardware?
No — the Swoop IO driver app runs on the iPhones they already carry (an Android app is in development), keeps working with no signal, and hands navigation off to Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps.
Can it talk to our ERP or order system?
That's the Fleet plan's connector layer, in early access now: we wire your order source with you, so orders become delivery stops and status plus proof of delivery flow back. Tell us what you run and we'll scope the integration in your first week.
